Right of Withdrawal (EU)

Information for consumers on exercising the right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (CRD).

1. Instructions on Withdrawal

Right to withdraw: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period:

• For a purchase of goods: 14 days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
• For goods delivered separately as part of a single order: 14 days from the day of receipt of the last good.
• For delivery of a good consisting of multiple lots or pieces: 14 days from the day of receipt of the last lot or piece.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email or a letter sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will carry out such reimbursement without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Return of goods: You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal.

Costs of return: You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Diminished value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

4. Exclusions / Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to, inter alia:

• Supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
• Supply of goods which are sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they were unsealed after delivery (e.g., sterile or temperature-sensitive lab materials once opened).
• Supply of goods which are liable to rapid deterioration or expiry.
• Supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
• Contracts where the customer acts as a business (B2B); consumer withdrawal rights apply only to natural persons acting outside their trade, business or profession.

Note: BioBoostX supplies products strictly for laboratory research purposes (not for human use). Where misuse is suspected or goods are opened/compromised, a return may be excluded.
