What Is NAD+?

Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+)
is a naturally occurring coenzyme found in living cells.

It plays an important role in cellular metabolism
and participates in numerous biochemical reactions,
including oxidation-reduction processes.

NAD+ has become an important subject of scientific
research, particularly in relation to cellular
energy metabolism and the biological processes
associated with aging.

The BioBoostX patches do not contain NAD+
as a separately listed ingredient.
Instead, their formulation includes
NMNH and nicotinamide riboside,
two compounds studied in relation to
NAD+ metabolism.

It is important to distinguish research
on individual compounds from demonstrated
effects of a finished cosmetic product.

The presence of NAD+-related ingredients
does not establish that a topical patch
increases NAD+ levels in the body.

Key Ingredients in BioBoostX NAD+ Patches

NMNH – Reduced Nicotinamide Mononucleotide

NMNH is a reduced form of
nicotinamide mononucleotide and has been
investigated in biochemical research
related to NAD+ metabolism.

Its inclusion reflects the growing scientific
interest in compounds associated with
cellular metabolic pathways.

Research into NMNH does not, by itself,
demonstrate systemic effects or specific
cosmetic benefits when delivered through
an adhesive skin patch.

Resveratrol

Resveratrol is a naturally occurring
polyphenolic compound found in certain plants,
including grapes.

It has been widely studied for its
chemical and antioxidant characteristics.

Resveratrol is also used in selected
cosmetic formulations and has become
a recognizable ingredient in modern skincare.

Nicotinamide Riboside

Nicotinamide Riboside (NR)
is a form of vitamin B3 that has attracted
research interest as a precursor
in NAD+ biosynthesis.

Scientists have investigated its role
in cellular metabolic pathways.

However, findings from oral supplementation
or laboratory studies cannot automatically
be applied to topical adhesive patches.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is a well-known ingredient
in cosmetic skincare formulations.

It is valued for its antioxidant properties
and its established role in skin biology.

The performance of vitamin C in a finished
cosmetic product depends on factors such as
its chemical form, concentration,
stability and delivery system.

Hyaluronic Acid

Hyaluronic acid is a widely recognized
ingredient in moisturizing skincare products.

It is valued for its ability to interact
with water and is commonly used in
formulations designed to support
skin hydration and comfort.

The specific effects of hyaluronic acid
in an adhesive patch depend on the
complete product formulation.

Coenzyme Q10

Coenzyme Q10, also known as ubiquinone,
is a naturally occurring compound involved
in cellular biochemical processes.

It is frequently discussed in scientific
literature concerning mitochondrial function
and antioxidant activity.

Coenzyme Q10 is also used in cosmetic
formulations as a skin-conditioning ingredient.

N-Acetylcysteine and Mulberry Extract

N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) is a compound
studied for its chemical and biological
properties, including its relationship
with glutathione metabolism.

Mulberry extract is a botanical ingredient
used in various cosmetic formulations.
Its composition can vary depending
on the plant source and extraction method.

Ingredients and Amounts

declared on the product packaging.
They describe ingredient content,
not the amount absorbed through the skin.

How to Use NAD+ Radiance Renewal Patches

1. Clean and dry the selected application area.
2. Choose a hair-free area of skin,
such as the upper arm, shoulder,
   back or hip.

4. Apply the patch directly to the skin
and press firmly to secure it.
5. Wear for up to eight hours.
6. Remove gently and discard after use.

For best adhesion, avoid applying
lotions, oils or creams to the

Ofte stillede spørgsmål

Do These Patches Contain NAD+?

The declared ingredient list includes
NMNH and nicotinamide riboside,
rather than NAD+ itself.

Both ingredients are associated with
scientific research into NAD+ metabolism.

How Long Should I Wear a Patch?

According to the packaging instructions,
each patch can be worn for up to eight hours.

Where Can I Apply the Patches?

Recommended areas include clean, dry,
hair-free skin on the upper arm,
shoulder, back or hip.

Can I Reuse a Patch?

No. Each patch is intended
for single use only.

Do NAD+ Patches Increase NAD+ Levels?

The presence of NAD+-related ingredients
does not establish that these compounds
are absorbed in sufficient quantities
to increase systemic NAD+ levels.

Such effects would require specific
evidence from studies of the finished product.

How Should I Store the Patches?

Store in a cool, dry place away from
direct sunlight, heat and moisture.

Keep the pouch sealed until ready for use.
