Quality & Documentation

Each batch is issued with a Certificate of Analysis and HPLC verification
to facilitate internal documentation and procurement records.
EU-based inventory helps laboratories maintain reliable scheduling and harmonized labeling.

Logistics & Batch Management

For each dispatch the lot number, packaging date and storage recommendation are recorded on the accompanying packing slip.
This supports traceability in multi-site research environments and simplifies internal audits.
Laboratories can archive the digital COA together with the delivery note to keep procurement records aligned with internal SOP requirements.
Teams benefit from the additional reference sheet which details recommended storage practices, carrier information and any temperature log data supplied by the courier.

Packaging Integrity & Transport

Units are sealed in tamper-evident containers and placed in impact-resistant secondary packaging.
Each shipment is tracked from the EU warehouse to the customer’s receiving department to help maintain chain-of-custody documentation.
Packaging materials are selected to minimise moisture ingress and to withstand temperature variation during transit.
Where appropriate, shock-absorbing inserts and clearly printed orientation labels are used so that the receiving laboratory can quickly verify that the contents arrived in the intended upright position.

Internal Use and Record Keeping

Teams are advised to note the date of receipt and the condition of the material at the time of unpacking.
A simple one-page receiving checklist can be attached to laboratory notebooks or LIMS systems so that future users can confirm handling consistency.
This supports reproducibility when the material is incorporated into iterative experiments or collaborative studies.
Periodic internal reviews of these records help maintain a clear audit trail and confirm that all storage recommendations were continuously met from arrival to eventual use in the laboratory.
